Team Member Qualifications
General Requirements
- Minimum of three professional references
- At least three years of professional experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Clean background check
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Fluent in English
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Able to effectively communicate and accept constructive feedback
- Must be 18 years or older
Newborn Care Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Completion of relevant training, such as Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), Postpartum Doula certification, or equivalent
