Once you have submitted your request for newborn care, our placement team will do a in-depth interview call with you to gather more information. This gives us the opportunity to meet you, learn more about your specific newborn care needs, your parenting style, and discuss any additional services that may be of value to support your goals. We aim to provide you with a personal service, answer questions you may have, and match you with a qualified and trusted newborn care professional to join your family. Upon completion of this call, our team will compile a personalized quote to obtain our services.
Candidate Screening
We will seek out qualified candidates from our team of professionals and beyond. All of our specialists are highly educated, have extensive experience, and impeccable references. Our team members are thoroughly screened with a personal interview, education verification, and a complete background check upon hire. It is important to us that all of specialists have a wide range of experience, are nurturing and supportive of your preferences, and can be fully trusted with your newborn. Once we have compiled a list of the best candidates, we will send you their professional profiles for your review.
Interview Candidates
We will schedule interview calls for you with the candidates of your choice. You will have a chance to learn more about each specialist including their personality, philosophies, specialties and strengths. Once all your interviews are complete it is time to determine which postpartum professional is a good fit for your family.

Our newborn care team often book 3-9 months in advance, but for a limited number of families we can often accommodate last minute.
Note: We are unable to offer postpartum support below current market rates unless you are willing to work with a night nanny or an intern. Intern and Night Nanny rates begin at $30/hour.
