Rest. Recover. Bond. We Have the Rest.
Bringing a baby home is one of life's most extraordinary moments. It is also one of the most demanding. At Baby Brilliance, our team of experienced newborn and postpartum professionals is here to support your transition into parenthood with compassionate, evidence-based care that meets your family exactly where you are. Our goal is simple — to give you the space to recover, bond, and truly enjoy this season, while we handle everything else with the expertise and discretion your family deserves.
Our services are designed to reduce exhaustion, support emotional well-being, and help families establish healthy routines from the very beginning. Because the foundation you build in these early weeks and months matters far more than most families realize.
“Parenthood is the greatest thing and the hardest thing. But hiring postpartum support is a little bit emotional, very practical, and a whole lot of wonderful!”
Newborn and Postpartum Support Services
At Baby Brilliance, we understand that every family's journey is unique. From the moment you reach out, our team manages every logistical detail — scheduling, coordination, and administration — so you can focus entirely on bonding with your baby and caring for yourself. Every family is thoughtfully matched with a specialist whose experience, approach, and personality align with your preferences, creating a seamless and nurturing care experience from day one.
Overnight
10-16 Hours of Overnight Support
This is where Baby Brilliance excels and where the most meaningful progress happens. Overnight care places an experienced specialist in your home through the night, handling feeding, soothing, and the intentional building of safe, healthy sleep routines while you rest. The consistency of regular overnight support is the single most effective way to establish lasting sleep foundations for your baby and genuine recovery for you.
24/7 and Live-in Care
Around the Clock Newborn Care
For families seeking complete, immersive support, 24/7 and live-in care places a dedicated specialist fully present in your home day and night, every day. This level of care allows for deep routine-building, continuous parent education, and uninterrupted support through every feeding, wake window, and sleep cycle. It is the most comprehensive and effective path to establishing lasting patterns from the very beginning, and the preferred choice for families who want to hit the ground running from day one.
Postpartum Doula and Daytime Support
Holistic Care for the Whole Family
While our Newborn Care Specialists focus on your baby, a postpartum doula focuses on you. Postpartum doula support encompasses maternal physical and emotional recovery, breastfeeding guidance, sibling adjustment, household support, and ongoing parenting education through the fourth trimester and beyond. A postpartum doula is a steady, compassionate presence during one of the most vulnerable seasons of a mother's life, and a beautiful complement to newborn care support for families who want both.
Daytime-only support is available on a limited basis and is best suited for maternal recovery and emotional support rather than sleep and routine-building. Families looking for consistent, recurring daytime childcare may find that a professional nanny or family assistant is a better long term fit. NICU Doula Support
For Families Navigating the NICU
Not every family's journey begins at home. For families whose baby arrives early or with medical complexities, the NICU can feel like an isolating and overwhelming world with its own language, its own rhythms, and an emotional weight that is difficult to put into words.
A NICU doula provides the human support that clinical care cannot — helping parents understand medical information, navigate conversations with care teams, process the emotional toll of an extended NICU stay, and prepare with confidence for the day they finally bring their baby home. NICU doula support can be engaged during your baby's hospital stay, during the transition home, or both.
Baby Brilliance founder Katie Coleman became a NICU doula after her own son was born prematurely at 34 weeks. That experience is not a footnote in her story. It is the reason this service exists.
Our newborn care team is in high demand, and we encourage families to reserve care at least three months before their estimated due date to secure the best possible match. That said, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows, and we warmly welcome families utilizing CARROT doula benefits and other eligible insurance coverage.Given the high demand for our newborn care services, we recommend reserving care at least three months prior to your baby’s estimated arrival. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible and are always happy to explore available options. We also welcome families utilizing CARROT benefits.
Are you unsure of which type of postpartum care professional you are looking for? Let’s take a look at our postpartum support services:
Most families come to us knowing they need support but unsure of exactly what kind. A postpartum doula sounds right until you realize your primary goal is sleep. A night nanny seems practical until you discover what a Newborn Care Specialist actually brings to the table. These titles get used interchangeably across the internet, and the confusion is completely understandable.
This is one of the most important decisions you will make in your baby's early weeks. Here is an honest breakdown of each role so you can arrive at your consultation informed, confident, and ready to find your perfect match.
